Late last week, reports surfaced that Nicole Richie had checked herself into a treatment center. This was verified by her publicist, although she emphasized that it was not for an eating disorder, but rather, to find out why she can't seem to gain weight.
Geee...last time I checked, if you don't eat more than a crouton a day, snort coke, and vomit up whatever accidental food you might ingest, that IS an eating disorder.
But snarkiness aside...I'm sure she could have a medical reason, other than an eating disorder, for not being able to put on weight.
However, Nicole has spoken out denying the reports that say she was checked into a treatment facility. And just last night, sources told website TMZ.com that Richie passed out and collapsed at nightclub Hyde. Her friends reportedly carried her out of the nightclub, but it's not known exactly why she collapsed. However...once again, confusing things...her rep denies that Nicole passed out but does admit the star was at the club. UGH...can't anyone get their stories straight!?
