Spoilers ahead...be warned...turn back now if you don't want to read the spoilers!
So, for the most part, tonight's Lost episode was booooooooooring. No wonder I slept through it. Good thing Tivo doesn't sleep! Of course, any episode that doesn't include Sawyer is less likely to get my attention...YOU HEAR THAT JJ???? YOU BETTER NOT KILL SAWYER OFF...or I'll hunt you down and lock you in one of those hatches.
Anyways, in an otherwise dull episode, a couple things of interest DID happen. The creepiest being that Patch from Days of Our Lives showed up on one of the hatch TVs and could apparently see the castaways watching him! It was brief and surprising and gave me the willies. Or maybe it wasn't patch...maybe it was a real life pirate. Argh!
Other interesting events...the black cloud returned and wasn't very nice to Mr. Ecko. I KNEW Ecko would die...thus perpetuating the theory that if you're a castmember who is arrested while driving in Hawaii, chances are you'll be killed off. Juliette told Jack not to believe anything she was saying and taped a little video for him...but one thing she said to him was "you can always trust me" (or something to that effect)...yet, she told him NOT to believe her...which means he can't trust her and therefore, makes her video pointless.
Anyone else annoyed by the new castaways? You know, people who are part of the original crash victims that we haven't seen until this season and who now are apparently important enough to warrant lines and scenes?!?! NO more characters!!! In next week's "Fall Finale" (boooooooo) it appears that Sawyer's life hangs in the balance. If he dies, so do I. There will be no more point in living. Have THAT rest on your conscience Mr. Abrams!
